Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not, we're here to help!

Returns:
If you're not completely happy with your order, please notify our customer support team by emailing info@coandmistudio.com within 14 business days from the delivery date. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs). The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or changes unless notified within the first 24 hours after your purchase. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to us within this time frame. After this period, we are unable to accommodate any order changes or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We take great care to ensure that all products are of high quality and correct, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us a clear photo of the product along with your order number. Once the issue is verified, we will immediately send you a replacement item.

Unreceived Orders:
If your order does not arrive within 21 days (or 28 days for international orders), please contact our support team, and we will address the issue immediately.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If a package needs to be re-shipped due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
  • We are also not liable for failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

Free Promotional Products:
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for any free promotional items.

Exclusions on Returns and Cancellations:
Custom-made, personalized products, or items like printed garments and embroidered hats are not eligible for returns or cancellations after the order is placed.

Fraudulent Transactions:
Any fraudulent transactions will be fully investigated by local authorities, and legal action may be taken. All associated costs, including commercial and legal fees, research costs, and any loss of income, will be pursued.

Important Note:
Please ensure the product is returned before requesting a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Stolen Credit Card Purchases:
We record IP addresses for all orders, and any chargebacks related to fraudulent activity will be thoroughly investigated and followed up by the local authorities.
