Return & Cancellation Policy

At COANDMI Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

🛍️ Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 business days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@coandmistudio.com

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return

  • Once approved, we will share the return address (Spain-based logistics center) and Correos Packlink Pro return code

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, all orders are final and can no longer be modified or canceled.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us at info@coandmistudio.com

  • Include a clear photo of the item and your order number

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost

🚚 Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 21 days (domestic orders) or

  • 28 days (international orders)
    please contact us. We’ll investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • If a package is returned or requires re-shipping due to address issues, additional shipping charges will apply.

  • We are not liable if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • Refunds will not be issued before the item is returned. No exceptions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Printed garments

  • Embroidered accessories (e.g., hats)

  • Free promotional gifts

🛡️ Fraud Protection

All orders are monitored for suspicious activity.

  • IP addresses are securely logged

  • Stolen credit card transactions and chargebacks will be fully investigated

  • Legal and financial action may be taken to recover any associated costs
