3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • Further instructions will be provided upon your request.

📦 Once you contact us, we will share the Correos return label code along with the address of our Madrid-based warehouse.
As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed immediately, and you will be notified via email.
