1. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 business days after your purchase.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Additionally, you will get email and SMS updates from the delivery carrier.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Europe: 5-7business days

  • United States: 5–7 business days

  • Asia: 7-9 business days

2. Will I have to pay extra taxes or customs fees?

  • Europe: All taxes and shipping costs are included in the final price. No additional customs charges will apply.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange by contacting us at:

Return conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused and undamaged

  • Once approved, we will share:

    • The Correos return label code

    • The address of our Spain-based logistics center (Calle Briviesca, Almería)

Refunds are processed as soon as your return is received and inspected. You will be notified via email.

4. What if my order is late or missing?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe (typically within 7 business days after shipping), please contact us.
For international shipments, allow up to 12 business days.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a clear photo of the item and your order number to info@coandmistudio.com.
Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
