Refund policy
At COANDMI Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and transparent.
🛍️ Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 business days from the delivery date at info@coandmistudio.com.
Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.
Once your request is approved, a return label will be generated via Correos and sent to your email address.
📦 Return shipping cost: €5.92 (paid by the customer)

The return shipping fee can be paid directly during shipment via Correos, or

Deducted from your refund amount upon processing.
Returns must be received in their original condition: unused, unworn, and undamaged.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
🔁 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 business days with your order number and exchange request details.
Exchanges follow the same return conditions and process.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, all orders are considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.
🚚 Undelivered or Lost Orders
If your order has not been delivered within 21 days (28 days for international orders), please contact our support team. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send a clear photo along with your order number to info@coandmistudio.com.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

COANDMI Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned or requires reshipping, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Refunds are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
🛡️ Fraud Prevention
All orders are monitored for suspicious activity. Fraudulent transactions (including chargebacks or misuse of payment methods) will be fully investigated and may be subject to legal action. Relevant data such as IP logs may be securely recorded for security purposes.
